Jessica Thrift
I started Thrifti Solutions because I lived the struggle. Trying to build something from nothing, figuring out websites, marketing, and business systems on my own — it's exhausting. And expensive. And lonely.
Before Thrifti Solutions became what it is today, it started in 2020 as something much simpler — a side hustle called Thrifti, making customized tumbler cups during the pandemic. What started as a creative outlet quickly revealed something bigger: I had a gift for building brands, connecting with clients, and solving problems that other businesses couldn't afford to solve on their own.
For the past 20 years, I've worked in Revenue Cycle Management — helping doctors run more profitable, efficient practices. I've spent two decades pouring my energy, strategy, and expertise into the companies I worked for and the clients I billed for. I helped increase their revenue, streamline their operations, and set them up for long-term success. At some point, I realized it was time to pour that same energy into myself.
I built Thrifti Solutions while raising four kids alongside my husband Zack — the same Zack I helped launch Doggie Duty for while we were both chasing our dreams on a tight budget. We were figuring it out together, building businesses, raising a family, and refusing to let limited resources be the reason we didn't succeed. That experience is baked into everything I do for my clients.
